Hazardous Substances Regulations

Unimicron strive to implement green product management, continue to pay attention to international environmental protection regulations to comply with international standards for green products, and do our part for the global environment. The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced the addition of 9 substances to the 28th batch of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) candidate list on January 17, and 2 substances to the 29th batch on June 14. Currently, the SVHC substance list accumulates a total of 235 substances. Unimicron has completed the REACH SVHC 28th and 29th substances, ensuring that the products meet the requirements of REACH. https://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table

The European Union issued Regulation (EU) 2023/1608 on August 8, 2023, incorporating PFHxS into Part A of Appendix I of the EU Persistent Organic Chemicals POP Regulation (EU) 2019/1021.
