LC3 Beach Cleanup- Xucuogang Wetlands

According to ESG goal, LC3 held a beach cleanup event to arouse everyone’s awareness towards environmental conservation, and enhance social responsibility and sustainable management. Xucougang was a deserted military base. With abundant water flows and favorable landscape, it became a haven for migrant birds, that BirdLife International has categorized it as an important wild bird habitat. Xucuogang Wetlands is only five-minute drive from LC3, in order to give back to Dayuan District, and creat a better living environment for local residents. In the afternoon of October 27, 35 employees at LC3 join the beach cleanup event at Xucuogang Wetlands. During the cleanup process, a lot of large garbage had been picked up and collected, such as fishing nets, tires…. Through this event, we learned more about Xucuogang Wetlands and knew the importance of beach cleanliness and marine conservation, so as to do our best for the earth and protecting the environment.
