"CY Plant " and "LC2/HJ2 Plant " Zero Disaster Activity Second Phase (600 days)

In order to implement the belief in zero disaster, change the previous concept of disaster prevention, thoroughly practice the prophetic system, supervisor support and full participation, so as to comprehensively improve the safety management of the factory and establish an excellent safety system. Since August 2021, the Unimicron has implemented the "zero disaster activity", provide incentives and rewards in phases based on the achievement of goals. Through various safety awareness activities for all employees, improving the on-site safety environment, carrying out various safety audits and various safety incentive activities, and currently "CY Plant " and "LC2/HJ2 Plant " have achieved the goal of the second phase (600 days) of zero disaster activities, others are also towards the target.

2021.08.01~2023.06.06 "CY Plant " and "LC2/HJ2 Plant " achieved the goal of zero disaster activities in the second phase (600 days) under the leadership of the factory supervisor, and were affirmed and publicly praised.
