Establish ERT Seed Instructor

Unimicron actively builds the company's professional emergency response team (ERT) and introduces emergency response card H.A.Z.M.A.T emergency response procedures. Commissioned the professional training of "Hsinchu City Fire Training facility" by the competent fire department. Successfully established the company's Emergency Response Team (ERT) with a total of 25 seed instructors. To enhance the emergency response capability of factory fires and chemical disasters.

Company training and drills

Unimicron's Emergency Response Team (ERT) seed instructors completed the establishment of Emergency Response Team (ERT) members in each plant area through the internal education and training mechanism. The content includes simulating disaster situations, emergency response organization operations, response decision-making laws, joint defense organization defense, evacuation decision-making and assembly locations, inspection of escape routes, strengthening logistics support capabilities, familiarity with emergency response equipment operations and cabinet settings. In addition, foreign colleagues must also participate in emergency response drills. The occupational safety unit regularly reviews the relevant emergency drills to maintain the emergency response capabilities of the factory area and ensure the applicability of the emergency response.
