Unimicron continued to be listed in the 2022 FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index.

We are honored to be selected as a constituent stock of the " FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index " since 2019. During the period from December 19, 2022 to June 16, 2023, Unimicron was awarded the exclusive bid of the constituent stock, and can use the exclusive bid of the FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index logo.

TIP has partnered with FTSE Russell on the “FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index”, which is designed to measure the performance of companies on the Taiwan Stock Exchange that meet the globally recognized ESG standards used by the FTSE4Good Index Series.

In order to actively respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Unimicron not only focuses on business performance, but also devotes itself to practicing ESG's sustainable operation, promoting environmental protection measures with specific actions, introducing and implementing energy-saving and carbon reduction projects in the factory, and implementing the concept of caring for the earth's energy conservation and carbon reduction. In addition to the investment in the environment, we cooperate with external groups and important suppliers of Unimicron to promote social welfare- donating LED lamps in rural campuses, planting trees and other public welfare activities, we invited our suppliers to respond and help disadvantaged rural school children together, to create a bright and healthy educational environment, protect the eyesight of schoolchildren, and save energy for the school as well; in March, we and our partners of suppliers, a coastal afforestation activity was held in Houlong, Miaoli to alleviate the shrinking coastline and protect the coastline.
