In 2021, the Administrative Department Management (ADM) cooperated with the Taipei Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice to the project "Operate Independently Outside The Prison". In addition to helping inmates in the carpentry class of the neighboring Taipei Prison improve their skills, the Taipei Prison also cooperated with Unimicron Technology Corp. to increase the number of carpenters in the Taipei Prison. After the rehabilitated people return to society, they could find suitable jobs.

In 2022, the ADM will take root further down, and Xin-Xiang-Quan will cooperate with the Correctional Department of the Ministry of Justice again. Xin-Xiang-Quan expects to strengthen the functions of juvenile counseling and employment connection through the close connection of various forces, and to have a stable job after leaving school And normal work and rest, adapt to social life. This year, the Xin-Xiang-Quan of the ADM took the theme of improving the job retention rate of Dun-Pin High School students after leaving school to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities. With the idea of expanding the ESG concept, represented Unimicron Technology Corp. to participate in the National Taiwan Continuous Improvement Competition (TCIA), won the social affirmation of the highest honor "Golden Tower Award" and "Best Improvement and Innovation Award".

In the future, Unimicron Technology Corp. hopes to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities, and at the same time, be able to lead major companies to pour resources into juvenile correctional schools (correction schools) throughout Taiwan. It is hoped that this time, starting from Dun-Pin High School, it will expand to four school in Taiwan.
