Participated in the 2021 Taiwan Railways Administration of Ministry of Transportation and Communications Visit Conference organized by Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor.

In terms of occupational safety and health management, Unimicron adopts strict internal management and actively participates in external occupational safety and health advocacy activities, mainly participating in organizations such as the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA) and TOSHMS of North Association, participating in the OSH Counseling Volunteer Program organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labor.

In order to help TOSHMS strengthen the OSH management system in the small and medium enterprises, and to reduce or prevent occupational hazards, Unimicron was invited to be the team leader of TOSHMS of North Association from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 to promote various OSH related work, enhance the excellent OSH culture for protecting employees in the industry.

On August 2, Safety and Health Technology Center (SAHTECH) invited experts from the OSH Administration, the SAHTECH, and Mr. Huang, a senior manager from the Occupational Safety Division of Unimicron, to be the consultant experts for the visit to Taiwan Railway Workshop of the Taiwan Railway Administration. During the meeting, we inspected the risk assessment, change management, contract management, internal audit and accident investigation documents or execution records of Taiwan Railway Workshop. We also visit and exchange experiences at work sites to help relevant business units to continuously improve their OSH management systems and enhance the effectiveness of safety and health work.
