Unimicron has been selected by " Taiwan RAFI® EMP 99 Index " in 2021

With a stable business philosophy, Unimicron has been selected as a constituent stock of the TWSE RA Taiwan Employment Creation 99 Index (Taiwan RAFI® EMP 99 Index) by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) again this year, showing that the operational performance and financial strength are well recognized by the government and private sector.

TWSE launched the EMP99 in cooperation with Rayliant Global Advisors Limited, selecting 99 TWSE-listed companies hiring the most Taiwanese employees, the more employees a constituent has, the higher weighting is allocated. Taiwan RAFI® EMP 99 Index is aimed to encourage listed companies to hire more employees and fulfill corporate social responsibility.

Unimicron has publicly pledged its support for the “UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights” and “UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.
