TWSE launched the TWSE RA Taiwan Employment Creation 99 Index(EMP99) in cooperation with Research Affiliates LLC(RA), selecting 99 TWSE-listed companies hiring the most Taiwanese employees, the more employees a constituent has, the higher weighting is allocated. EMP99 is aimed to encourage listed companies to hire more employees and fulfill corporate social responsibility. Unimicron was selected for the first time and adhered to the concept of sustainable management. It continued to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and reduce unemployment.
