2017 Unimicron QCC Mid-term Competition

2017 Unimicron QCC Mid-term Competition was conducted in Hsin-feng plant, which was the first time to hold inside of our own facility. The purpose of these activities focused on inspiring self-motivation, and utmost spirit of continuous improvement process at work.

In order to make all of the team members have sense of participation, satisfaction and achievement, QCC Committee members combined QC techniques with group activities, which led team members gather their wisdom to break-through the challenges and accomplish tasks to satisfy the achievement and recognition of career life.

All of the QCC administrators and colleagues of EH&S and HR division of Hsin-feng plant worked together to strengthen the success, which has established the new chapter for QCC activity.
