The Best Paper Award of ANQ Congress 2016

Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) Congress is one of the most well established conferences in the quality field. The ANQ Congress 2016 held in Vladivostok, Russia at Far East Federal University on 9/21-22. This year's conference theme was "Quality is the Meaning of Life - Not a Single Day without Quality".

Jerry Kuo, CQC of Unimicron, led Ms. Jessie Chang, Mr. Halley Liu and Mr. Hsin-Wei Su to attend the conference and three papers from Unimicron were chosen to present. Among the papers, Liu's study "New Generation Product Process Capability Set Up" was honored with "the Best Paper Award of ANQ Congress 2016. " because the Six Sigma methodology was employed to analyze the quality problems, and the concept of Train Platform Model from Dr. N. Kano was used to establish the Fault Tree Analysis and Development Matrix. Thus, the product quality levels be enhanced quickly and efficiently.

This year, seventeen countries participated ANQ Conference and presented 110 oral presentations and 34 poster papers. There were 14 paper award winners in different countries. Taiwan presented 12 papers and won 2 best paper awards.
