Based in Taiwan with a global perspective, Unimicron established its R&D centers in Taoyuan and Hsinchu counties of Taiwan. The goal is to develop innovative PCB and IC carrier products with superior quality using cutting-edge technology. In addition, Unimicron is working on various R&D project in order to meet the needs of individual customer. Currently the annual R&D investment is around 2 ~ 3 % of our sales revenue.

Currently, most of our R&D members received their master or doctorate degrees from reputed universities throughout the world.
