R & D Headquarter

Based in Taiwan with a global perspective, Unimicron established its R&D headquarter in Taoyuan, Taiwan. It sets the goals of developing multiple PCB, IC carrier products, cutting-edge technology and being flexible in meeting the needs of its customers. Ever since its inception in 2003, the R&D department has  been striving to purchase the most advanced equipments and recruit the best research staff.

Currently, most of the R&D members received their master degrees or doctorates from reputed universities throughout the world. Under such advantages, Unimicron is ready to face challenges from all aspects and continues to keep its leadership in the PCB and IC carrier industry for the years to come.
