Unimicron won the job creation contribution awards from President again.  This event held on April 14, 2011, and GMO President Mr. David Lee represented to accept this awards.  This award is established from 2010 which is organized by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Executive Yuan.

Response to the Government‘s employment policy, Unimicron expands recruitment in Taiwan.  The important activities are--   

1. Campus hiring – more than 10 sessions per year to recruit different fields talents, ex. R&D, Products, Manufacturing….
2. Unemployed labor hiring – providing required training to build up working skills
3. Disadvantage worker hiring – foreign spouses and handicapped workers
4. Cooperative education – provide learning by doing and internship environment to student
5. Non-experienced hiring – providing related training to develop personnel career

Fulfill corporate responsibility to support the country’s economic development is one of Unimicron’s missions.
