Facing the global climate, society, and market competition and other environmental changes, as part of the high-tech global village we profound believe, companies in the pursuit of sustainable growth and performance at the same time, we should fulfill our corporate social responsibility, which insists on creating a business and a society upward, and the mission to perform the value of good deeds.

We Unimicron, our vision is to become: 『High added Value, High service Quality, High Productivity, innovative service-oriented world-class high-tech companies』, in business continuity management process, uphold the concept of TQM, to use P (Plan), D (Do), C (Check), A (Action), B (Benchmarking) for the purpose of continuous improvement, the implementation of corporate social responsibility, employees, shareholders, society and all stakeholders to create the greatest well-being. In the past few years, the Unimicron aside work hard on performance, also actively involved on employees care and social welfare, environmental concerns and other aspects of work, fully showed our actions on practicing our commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Our corporate social responsibility, is conducted on 『Concern for the Earth, Respect for Human, to Pursuit of Performance 』as the main shaft, expect their respect for human management and the mission of protecting the global environment, to balance between the sustainable growth and development of enterprise and become the citizens model of global village.
Our commitment is as below:

  1. To implement company governance, improve the transparency of information, protection of and respect for the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.

  2. To use as high ethical standards to promote company governance, requiring all the employees to fully comply with the law and incorruptibility, respect the human rights, protection of intellectual property rights, to prevent the improper transfer of benefits to damage the company, customers and suppliers and other interests.

  3. Adherence to operating the local labor laws, customer requirements and the Electronics Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and other international norms, protection of fair employment, humane treatment, staff communication, working conditions and other requirements.
