Founded in 1990, Unimicron is a world-leading PCB and IC Carrier fabricator. Unimicron became the largest Chinese PCB fabricator with USD 1.1 billion sales in 2006. There are seven facilities in Taiwan including three HDI plants, three IC Carrier plants and an IC burn-in and testing facility. In China, there are four production sites with two in Shenzhen and two in Kunshan. In order to quickly respond to and better service customers, Unimicron has several offices and representatives in America, Europe and Asia. Unimicron is a customer-oriented company, which focuses on product innovation, R&D, employee motivation and teamwork. As a result, we can grow our sales and be able to generate profit every year.
